By placing an order with Loud Cotton, you agree to the following.

PRODUCTS

All items are printed to order. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished garment due to monitor calibration and fabric type. Print placement may vary slightly from item to item — this is normal for garment printing, not a defect.

SIZING

Please consult the size chart on each product page. Sizing varies by garment style. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is confirmed when we send your confirmation email. If we can't fulfill an order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, and text on this shop are the property of Loud Cotton and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
